Get-It-Ship Shipping Services will not be responsible for any delays or late arrival of items at our warehouse. We will not be responsible for items arriving at any previous address after 2 months (60 days), and we will not be responsible for any items delivered to odd, unknown, or addresses which we do not operate.
Get-It-Ship Shipping Services will not be responsible for items that arrives at our warehouse without labels, mislabeled, or incorrect names. We will not take responsibility for any items delivered to our warehouse that may be expired, opened, or used. We will not be responsible for items delivered to our warehouse, unclaimed, and in storage, for more than 30 days. We will not be responsible for any item which may expire, be rendered old/useless, and/or perishable, which may store in warehouse unclaimed for any period of time.
Get-It-Ship Shipping Services will not be responsible for any short shipped/short packed or open packages or items which have been delivered to warehouse. We will not take any responsibility for any missing items within any shipment. Get-It-Ship Shipping Services will document any packed item
through the tracking info, but will not document the contents of said tracking info. It is the responsibility of the owner to verify that all contents within that tracking have been properly packaged together from purchaser.
Get-It-Ship Shipping Services will take no responsibility for any damaged items upon receipt of cargo at final destination, unless full insurance is purchased. Owner/Consignee understands that full insurance covers full loss only. The owner/receiver must understand that care will be taken to protect
their cargo, but damages are possible, and being shipped at their risk. Owner/Consignee also understands that Get-It-Ship Shipping Services liability insurance does not cover glass or other fragile and/or soft materials which may not be able to take some impact from the natural course of shipping.
Some packages may arrive at destination damaged even though the contents may not have any damage.
At risk of insurance, receipts must be presented to Get-It-Ship Shipping Services at time of purchase of insurance, and will not be accepted thereafter. Insurance cannot be purchased after item has commenced shipping, or has been forwarded to freight forwarder and ocean lines. Not initialing, not declaring, not requesting, or not signing, denotes a denial of insurance and owner/consignee accepts all shipping risks. Get-It-Ship Shipping Services does not have to offer insurance to customers, but it is a customer’s right to inquire about insurance and purchase, if warranted within the designated time frame. Insurance does not cover packaging items. Insurance purchases on this contract are non refundable, and deductible to $250 USD. No verbal exchange is honored in this contract.
In this disclaimer, the Owner is the owner/purchaser of the cargo, and the Consignee is the recipient of the cargo.
